How does your trial offer work?We offer a free trial of 500 lines. During this period, you could use our Aseanhealth Platform with no charge to you.
What format is required for the dictation and how is it transferred to you?We can handle all dictation formats. You can transfer these using the Vscript-Voice_Dial.
Do you have a minimum volume requirement?No, we do not require a minimum volume.
Can you use my templates/formats?Yes, we will use your templates/formats/instructions.
What constitutes a line of transcriptions?We count a 65-character line where a character is defined as any letter, number or symbol including the space bar. To get the line count of a transcribed document, go to Tools, select Word Count and note the value shown next to “Characters (with spaces)” and divide this by 65.
What hours does your system operate?The Asean Health system offers 24 hour/day – 7 day/week - 365 day/year coverage with not less than 99% up-time.
Can I access my files from home?Yes. Asean Health (Vscript) allows you to access your files from any online computer with access control via password entry. Users may listen to their dictation, or view their transcribed reports.
What turnaround times do you offer?You can also select turnaround times to meet your needs. – 24 hour and 12 hour. Transcribed reports will be available for your review/printing on the agreed upon turnaround time.
Do you take up STAT work?Yes, we do take up STAT work at a slightly premium price.
Are your medical transcription service HIPAA compliant?Yes, we have implemented technical and administrative measures to safeguard the confidentiality and personal health information of the patients. |
